[..] Por ello, examinar «Face of our time» de August Sander, el gran proyecto de retrato del siglo XX, a través de los filtros de Instagram pretende indagar en dos cuestiones: por un lado, la cuestión de la superficialidad en la que opera la cultura de masas en las redes sociales -el nivel de respuesta es inversamente proporcional a la complejidad de la propuesta- y, por otro, ofrecer un punto de partida para reflexionar sobre la cuestión de los derechos de autor (tanto en relación con la producción de obras derivadas del trabajo de otros autores, como con el uso de software de terceros para producirlas).
